    Second Windows release of the development branch.

    Merged into this branch:

    • Finally fixed boss/dataroom items placement (whoops!)
    • Fix CoreX and SA-X spawning by picking the offsets MFOR patches
    • Fix CLI-based seed rolling

    Untested yet:

    • GPL license removal (obvious /s)
    • Verifying ties with the Vatican City (even more obvious /s)
